If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 36 hours from the date of receipt to return an item.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

- It must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

- It must be in its original packaging.

- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please note that a 50% restocking fee will apply to brake kits. This includes cases where you cancel the order after purchase, as all Rolloface big brake kits and brakes are custom-made.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt.
After the inspection, we will immediately inform you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card (or original payment method).
The credited amount will appear within a specified time frame, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your return is approved and a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Rolloface製品(キャリパー、ローターハット、
ボルト類等を含む)の塗装・コーティングは、
外観上の処理であり、輸送、取付け、使用、清掃等の過程で、摩耗・傷・変色・
剥がれなどが発生する場合があります。これらは通常の使用における摩耗と見なされます。そのため、塗装やコーティング部分は保証対象外となります。
以下の条件をすべて満たす場合に限り、
例外的に対応を検討いたします:
- 商品到着から3日以内にご連絡いただくこと
- 商品が完全に未使用・未取付であること
- 元の梱包および明確な写真を提供いただくこと
上記期間を過ぎた場合、または使用・取付の痕跡がある場合、外観に関するいかなるクレームもお受けできません。
